Wanted to wish everyone a safe and Happy Halloween! No costume for me. I'm not even sure that we'll do anything. My son got a ton of candy at school yesterday and I don't really want my little one to have any candy. I know, "mean momma". If anything his brother can share. Yesterday I made Halloween Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes for my son's Halloween party at school. I was asked to take cupcakes and normally I would just run to the store and buy some. I'm not much of a baker. But then I saw pictures of Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes on the internet and told myself that it would be so fun to try. Apparently these cupcakes have been around forever but I have never seen them before. Where have I been? So I gave it a shot and they came out pretty good being that this was the first time doing them. The bottoms were a little toasty but not burnt. Whew. Of course the little kids thought that there was going to be real ice cream in them. lol. Happy Halloween!!
